The wholesale portal is operated by J&J Tortilla Co. for businesses ordering J&J products. Contact info@jjtortillas.com for account, order or delivery help.
Approved access. J&J gives an approved store permission to use this portal for its own wholesale ordering. A new application does not activate ordering until J&J approves the account. Use the account only for the store you are authorized to represent, keep its password private, and tell J&J if someone else gains access. J&J may suspend access that is unauthorized or misused.
Ordering. Review products, whole-case quantities, current prices, the applicable store minimum, purchase order reference and delivery date before submitting. A repeated order is an editable new draft: review it and submit it when ready. An order receipt confirms that the order was received. Contact J&J promptly about corrections, availability or delivery changes. Delivery remains subject to J&J's route arrangements and product availability.
Invoices and payment. The portal is for ordering and order history. J&J handles invoices and payment arrangements separately. Existing store pricing and payment agreements continue to apply; using this portal does not introduce a portal subscription or payment processing charge.
Information and permitted use. Provide accurate business and ordering details. Use the portal for J&J wholesale business, respect other stores' privacy, and do not attempt to access another account or disrupt the service. J&J may use the information provided to operate wholesale service as described in the privacy notice.
Service and support. J&J may update the portal and may need to interrupt it for maintenance or repairs. If the portal is unavailable or an order looks incorrect, contact info@jjtortillas.com. J&J will date any updates to these terms and publish the current version with the portal.
