J&J Tortilla Co. operates this portal to receive wholesale applications and orders and let approved stores view and repeat their purchases. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@jjtortillas.com.
Information we use. We collect business and contact names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, receiving details, account applications, order quantities, purchase order references and order notes. Accounts also have a password hash and sign-in records. Order history may include older purchases that J&J imports from its own QuickBooks records. The portal does not collect card or bank account details.
Why we use it. We use this information to review and approve stores, manage account access, price and receive orders, plan deliveries, keep order history, issue invoices in QuickBooks, and send account or order messages. Information is used to run J&J's wholesale business. J&J does not process this data on Intuit's behalf.
Who can see it. An approved store account can access its own saved order history. J&J administration can review accounts, orders and emailed purchase orders. Customer screens do not provide invoice documents, balances, payment records or other stores' orders.
Service providers. Squarespace provides the website, Render hosts the ordering application and database, Intuit QuickBooks supplies accounting connections, and Microsoft Outlook handles J&J's order mailbox and messages. These providers process information as needed to supply their services and under their own terms. J&J does not sell portal information or use it for advertising. The portal does not use a generative AI service to parse or process orders.
Website storage and protection. The portal uses cookies and storage in the current browser tab to maintain sign-in and protect requests. Passwords are stored as hashes. Connection tokens are encrypted and handled on the server. Website hosting providers may also use cookies and operational logs under their own policies.
Retention and requests. J&J keeps account and order information while needed for wholesale service and business records. Contact info@jjtortillas.com to request access, a correction or deletion, or to close a portal account. J&J will review the request and explain any records that must be retained for business or legal obligations. Closing a portal account does not erase accounting records or the original messages in J&J's mailbox.
Changes. J&J will date updates to this notice and make the current version available from the wholesale portal.
